Absolutely loved the proximity to killer eats like Txapela and Papizza. You can’t miss out on the gyudon dishes nearby—they're a culinary delight! Plus, the breakfast spread was solid—definitely worth waking up for!
For those who like to stay in quiet areas, this isn’t the place—Gran Via is bustling!

I thoroughly appreciated my stay at this hotel. The excellent breakfast options were a good start to each day, with local flavors enriching my mornings. The hotel's prime location made exploring Madrid a breeze, although the paper-thin walls occasionally disrupted my peace. Nevertheless, I found it enjoyable overall.

The location was perfect on Gran Via, allowing easy access to attractions. The breakfast offered a wide variety, including fresh fruit and pastries that were delicious.

The triple room we booked was super spacious and spotless, making our family getaway super comfy. We loved hanging out by the pool and enjoying the peaceful garden area for some relaxation. The only small downside was the Wi-Fi, which could be spotty at times, but overall, we had a great experience! 😊

Couple's Great Escape
The location is just a minute walk from Plaza Espana which was perfect for us because we didn't waste time getting around and the energy of the street was amazing but the best part was the breakfast which was quite good and helped kickstart our days.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for the experience we had.

The corner unit offered a charming view of Gran Via, perfect for people-watching from the small balcony. The location near the Plaza de España was ideal, allowing easy access to the metro and various attractions. Breakfast featured a delightful Sicilian pastry among other fresh options, enhancing the experience. However, the water and sewer system produced noticeable noise that occasionally disrupted the tranquility of the stay.

Great location near Gran Via, but the air conditioning needs an upgrade.

missingWrote a review on 14 Maygood breakfastprime locationbroken facilities
The breakfast selection features a good variety of items, making it a visually appealing start to the day. Also, the location is prime on Gran Via, setting you up right in the heart of the action with convenient access to nearby attractions.
The family room had a broken bunk bed on arrival, which forced my daughter to sleep on the floor—definitely not ideal for any parent. The breakfast room often felt chaotic, with dirty dishes piling up as staff seemed overwhelmed. Food lacked allergy marking, raising concerns, especially when my daughter experienced a reaction. Maintenance also appeared lacking, as rooms showed signs of wear with stains and poor decor. The noise from both the street and the hotel corridors was intrusive at times, and waiting for the elevator felt like a test of patience with delays of up to ten minutes.

We enjoyed the spacious family room with great views from the 9th floor. The bathroom, although a bit dim, was clean and tidy.
